Each district has the ability to set a grace period to reactivate archived students. You would have to check with an admin

Any archived data can always be accessed later for reporting purposes

Gregory-I believe rostered districts should have auto archiving, but if it does not appear to be working that way, we can connect you with our integrations team

Laura- Two things that can be done in that situation. Some districts create a ARCHIVED COURSES teacher profile and move those students to that teacher. Otherwise, you can disable the teacher login, rather than archive

Yes, if you customize, as we reviewed here, you can remove those projects from the course. If the students are already enrolled in the course, you will have to go to the gradebook and skip them individually, per student. It is much more efficient to customize
